You remember Merlin, our mail-bot.  Well, he seems to have a personality.  Sometimes he gets in a mood where he doesn't want to work, or he runs into people and knocks over filing cabinets.  When I first started working with him I thought he was great and I started designing a "Merlin 2.0."  I drew  illustrations of how Merlin 2.0 worked.
